John Crane, Inc. filed an appeal (Wilson v. John Crane, Inc. (2000) 81 Cal.App.4th 847) after the courts awarded damages in a mesothelioma lawsuit filed by Daniel and Lois Wilson. Mr. Wilson received a mesothelioma diagnosis following decades of asbestos exposure at various power plants operated by Arizona Public Services.
