Joyce and Carlton Williams filed an appeal (Williams v. Flintkote Co. 568 S.E.2d 106 (2002) 256 Ga. App. 205) in their mesothelioma lawsuit against Flintkote Co. and GAF Corp. Mrs. Flintkote received a mesothelioma diagnosis following several years of exposure to asbestos in the workplace.
