Pauline White filed an appeal (White v. CBS Corp. 996 S.W.2d 920 (1999)) in a mesothelioma lawsuit following the death of her husband due to asbestos-related injuries. Mr. White received a mesothelioma diagnosis after several years of workplace asbestos exposure.
