Donelda Vaughn filed an appeal (Vaughn v. Ford Motor Co. 91 S.W.3d 387 (2002)) in a mesothelioma lawsuit filed after the death of her husband, Ronald. Mr. Vaughn received a mesothelioma diagnosis after suffering several years of workplace asbestos exposure.
