Joe Ann Pustejovsky filed an appeal (Pustejovsky v. Pittsburgh Corning Corp. 980 S.W.2d 828 (1998)) in a mesothelioma lawsuit following the death of her husband due to asbestos-related injuries. Mr. Pustejovsky received a mesothelioma diagnosis after several years of occupational asbestos exposure.
