Margaret Pantalone filed a motion in a mesothelioma lawsuit (Pantalone v. Aurora Pump Co. 576 F.Supp.2d 325 (2008)) brought against Aurora Pump Co. following the death of her husband, Thomas, due to asbestos-related injuries. Mr. Pantalone received a mesothelioma diagnosis after several years of asbestos exposure while serving in the US Navy at various jobsites.
