The Mayor and City Council of Baltimore filed a motion in a mesothelioma lawsuit (O’Connor v. Mayor and City Council of Baltimore 494 F.Supp.2d 372 (2007)) brought on by a former firefighter. John O’Connor received a malignant mesothelioma diagnosis after his 30 year career with the Baltimore City Fire Department, where he alleges he was exposed to asbestos-containing products.
