North American Refractory Co. v. Easter 988 S.W.2d 904 (1999)

April 29th, 2010

North American Refractory Co. (NARCO) filed an appeal (North American Refractory Co. v. Easter 988 S.W.2d 904 (1999)) in a mesothelioma lawsuit after the courts awarded personal injury damages to Martin Easter, Frederick Moss and their spouses. Both Moss and Easter received a mesothelioma diagnosis following years of asbestos exposure while working as an engineer with NARCO.

The Court of Appeals of Texas reviewed NARCO’s case and published its ruling on March 11, 1999. To view the court’s decision, please visit the Mesothelioma and Asbestos Documents Database hosted by the mesothelioma lawyers at Hissey Kientz, LLP.
