North American Refractory Co. v. Easter 988 S.W.2d 904 (1999)
North American Refractory Co. (NARCO) filed an appeal (North American Refractory Co. v. Easter 988 S.W.2d 904 (1999)) in a mesothelioma lawsuit after the courts awarded personal injury damages to Martin Easter, Frederick Moss and their spouses. Both Moss and Easter received a mesothelioma diagnosis following years of asbestos exposure while working as an engineer with NARCO.
