David Marley filed a mesothelioma lawsuit (Marley v. Elliot Turbomachinery Co., Inc. 545 F.Supp.2d 1266 (2008)) against two separate manufacturers of asbestos products, Elliot Turbomachinery and Viad Corporation. Marley received a mesothelioma diagnosis after 24 years of asbestos exposure while serving in the US Navy aboard the USS Lake Champlain.
