Ray Kinsman filed an appeal (Kinsman v. Unocal Corp. (2005) 37 Cal.4th 659) in a mesothelioma lawsuit filed against Unocal Corp. Kinsman received a mesothelioma diagnosis after he was repeatedly exposed to asbestos while working as a carpenter at a Unocal refinery.
