Florence King filed an appeal (King v. Paul J. Krez CO. 752 N.E.2d 605) in a mesothelioma lawsuit following the death of her husband due to asbestos-related injuries. Mr. King received a mesothelioma diagnosis following several years of asbestos exposure while working as a pipefitter at various construction sites in the Chicago area.
