Kellogg Co. filed an appeal (Kellogg Co. v. Pinkston 558 S.E.2d 423 (2001) 253 Ga. App. 190) in an asbestos lawsuit filed by Rosemary and Robert Pinkston due to asbestos-related injuries. Mrs. Pinkston was diagnosed with asbestosis after several years of asbestos exposure from working around asbestos ceiling tiles.
