Denis and Malee Howard filed an appeal (Howard v. Owens Corning (1999) 72 Cal.App.4th 621) in their mesothelioma lawsuit against Owens Corning. Denis received a mesothelioma diagnosis that he alleged was caused by his exposure to asbestos and asbestos-containing products while employed by the U.S. Navy and Army from 1960-1989.
