Franklin Holdren filed a motion in a mesothelioma lawsuit (Holdren v. Buffalo Pumps, Inc. 614 F.Supp.2d 129 (2009)) brought against Buffalo Pumps, Inc., Foster Wheeler Energy Corp., Viad Corp., General Electric Co. and Elliott Turbo Machinery Co. Mr. Holdren received a mesothelioma diagnosis after several years of asbestos exposure while serving as a boiler technician aboard several US Navy Ships.
