McDonnell Douglas, Corp. filed a motion in a mesothelioma lawsuit (Hilbert v. McDonnell Douglas Corp. 529 F.Supp.2d 187 (2008)) brought by a former aircraft mechanic after he was diagnosed with mesothelioma. William Hilbert received a mesothelioma diagnosis following 20 years of asbestos exposure while working as an aircraft mechanic in the United States Navy.
