Edward Dumin filed an appeal (Dumin v. Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp. (1994) 28 Cal.App.4th 650) in his mesothelioma lawsuit filed over asbestos exposure that occurred during his service in the U.S. Navy. Edward alleged that he was exposed to asbestos-containing products while working on various naval ships from 1945 to 1965.
