Buffalo Pumps, Inc. and General Electric Co. filed a motion in a mesothelioma lawsuit (Contois v. Able Industries Inc. 523 F.Supp.2d 155 (2007)) filed on the behalf of a United States naval veteran who died from mesothelioma. Mr. Mortenson received a mesothelioma diagnosis following several years of asbestos exposure while serving aboard the USS Bordelon.
