Elbert L. Barr, Laurence Wills and Darwyn Baesman filed an asbestos lawsuit (Barr v. ACandS, Inc. (1997) 57 Cal.App.4th 1038) after suffering from asbestos-related injuries. The three men were diagnosed with asbestosis caused by workplace asbestos exposure.
